GET TO KNOW ME

As a Clinical Sports Therapist, Pilates & Yoga Instructor & Mindfulness Coach, and a keen rider myself, my unique blend of hands-on therapies, exercise & Mindfulness coaching, helps riders achieve pain free, balanced bodies and a positive mindset.

 

My aim as a therapist is to educate and facilitate you in riding in better harmony with your horse by improving your biomechanics, position and effectiveness in the saddle through recognising and addressing imbalances in the body - if we can improve your posture and physical capabilities OUT of the saddle, we can improve your posture and physical capabilities IN the saddle!

Taking a holistic, individual approach to treatments, I help you achieve your goals using a range of hands-on techniques and exercise based therapy that work together to improve you and your horse's physical and emotional comfort and ability, whether you are an elite athlete looking to increase you and your horse's performance, or simply want to improve your riding, look after your horse's physical health by looking after your own, and build a better partnership.

I am based at Rowan House in Hethersett, just South of Norwich for 1-2-1 sessions, have an online fitness class schedule, and am also available for camps, clinics and 'pop-up' yard therapy days.

RIDER THERAPY

Address any physical restrictions, weaknesses or imbalances, so you can achieve better body balance & posture in and out of the saddle. New and old injuries also treated. 

ONLINE FITNESS CLASSES

Drop in and monthly membership options for Pilates, Yoga & Stability Ball online fitness classes designed specifically for horse riders to keep you strong, straight, secure & supple in the saddle.

MINDFULNESS COACHING

Mindfulness Coaching uses a range of techniques and strategies to help you self-manage stress, anxiety and unhelpful thinking patterns, and adopt a more positive mindset, both in and out of the saddle.
