Welcome, I'm Kat, a Clinical Sports Therapist and Pilates & Yoga Instructor.

Using a range of 'hands-on' soft tissue techniques and movement based therapy, I am qualified to help you with a wide range of personal, sporting and occupational musculoskeletal pain, injuries and conditions, as well as simply helping you maintain your physical health, or improve your whole mobility or strength. Assessment and treatments are always tailored to your individual needs, and I strive to work out the root cause of your issue, not just treat the symptoms.

For horse riders...

My aim as a therapist is to educate and facilitate you in riding in better harmony with your horse by improving your biomechanics, position and effectiveness in the saddle through recognising and addressing imbalances in the body - if we can improve your posture and physical capabilities OUT of the saddle, we can improve your posture and physical capabilities IN the saddle!
Rider specific therapy is helpful for all riders, whether you are an elite athlete looking to increase you and your horse's performance, or simply want to improve your riding, look after your horse's physical health by looking after your own, and build a better partnership.
